With the development of science and technology,mobile phone seems to be a human one of the necessary tools,so communication market is broad extension.Thus communications market of each big industry operators also launched a fierce competition,how to play the advantages of their own level, consolidate its solid position in the communication industry and raise its share in the market and expand their earnings,became each communication business problems and challenges. As a crowded campus was the operators hot yam. Once the campus this piece of land market development,it will soon become a high-end market and make profit in the long run. As the capital of ningxia yinchuan city,ningxia is efficient,bearing the significant number of students,therefore,in yinchuan,campus communication has become a battleground each big telecommunication operators. In this paper,based on the theory of consumer behavior and marketing knowledge,to analyze college students’ consumer behaviors as the breakthrough point,using the method of questionnaire to understand college students’ choice of communication service factors of college students is analyzed on the characteristics of customer in the communication between business transformation,on the basis of college students’ consumption pattern clustering,attempt to provide mobile communications company in ningxia campus marketing strategy,make it can get very good promotion. This paper is divided into the following several parts:This paper elaborates the source of my choice.first of all,the purpose and significance and research. Mainly based on the research status of the college students’ consumption at home and abroad are combed,find the breakthrough point,this paper will research contents and train of thought is put forward.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the status quo at home and abroad on research model to build college students’ consumption behavior patterns. In model design,according to the theory of consumer behavior,customer-focused service concept,marketing related theory as the theoretical basis,design the questionnaire.Third,to do to recycle and statistics,the questionnaire of college students is analyzed on the characteristics of consumer behavior.Finally,on the basis of today’s ningxia in communication aspects of consumer behavior of college students,try to ningxia mobile company in campus marketing put forward the feasible marketing strategy.
