Study On The Efficiency And Transform Of Industrial Structure In Hu Bao E Area

In recent years, Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional economic growth is rapid, Its economic growth became the new power source which promotes economic growth in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. But from development mode, Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional development mainly depends on advantage of natural resources to achieve economic growth rapidly, zone hi-tech industry development relatively lags, overall development mode is extensive development mode. Then the development of economy and the rationalization of industrial structure are closely related, so whether Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional industrial structure development turns into the direction of rationalization and high-grade, and that will bring great significance to Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional economic.Based on the present situation of Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional industrial structure, Yangtze river delta region and the industrial structure of 12 western provinces for reference object, the benefit of the regional industrial structure, the capacity of industrial structure transformation, speed and direction of industrial structure is analyzed in this paper. And making system dynamics simulation through the evolution of Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional industrial structure to give a comparative reasonable adjustment scheme about Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional industrial structure.The paper analyze the benefit of various other areas'industrial structure, we could find the second and third industry of Hohhot Baotou Ordos area has a higher growth rate and stronger industrial comprehensive competitiveness, but the service industry is behind the eastern coastal areas. Then, combining the factors which can affect the ability of industrial structure, we establish these indexes of the ability of industrial structure transformation, after principal components analysis to these indexes, the conclusion shows that integrated conversion capacity of regional industrial structure is higher, But the technological innovation factors needs to be improved. And then in order to have an overall understanding of transformation of industrial structure, we construct transformation speed and direction coefficient formula. After calculating, analysis shows that higher economy development areas have lower construct transformation speed. Generally speaking, the areas is advancing to industrialization. The industrial structure runs to the senior level. Then we conduct the system dynamics simulation for regional industrial structure evolution of Hohhot Baotou Ordos area, simulation model shows that: If it develops based on the original industrial structure, then the second industrial scale will be increased, which can not conform to the general rule of the transformation of the industrial structure. To make Hohhot Baotou Ordos regional industrial structure to rationalize direction, the adjustment programmes for the models are presented. the adjustment simulation result shows the change of more rational industrial structure.. If I could get more data and join other new variables, model would also be further optimized.Finally, according to the conclusion from this paper,there are some suggestions. Hohhot Baotou Ordos area should do more on the second industry products processing, improve enterprise innovation ability, develop industry services vigorously, and pay attention to the three industries coordinated development and so on.
