Study On Coupling Coordination Between Land Use Comprehensive Benefit And Urbanization In Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos

Land is an important carrier of urban development.The economic and social development of the city is inseparable from the land resources.With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the demand for land resources is growing,and the shortage of land resources greatly limits the development of economic and social of the city.In different cities and different stages of urbanization,there are also great differences in the way and structure of land use.Scientific land use can promote the healthy and sustainable development of cities.Unreasonable land use leads to the emergence of a series of “urban diseases”,which greatly reduces the quality of life of urban residents.There is a natural interaction between the improvement of the comprehensive benefits of land use and the process of urbanization.At present,in the rapid development of the city,the blind expansion of the city and the extensive urban development lead to low occupational land use and low land use efficiency,resulting in an uncoordinated development relationship between the urbanization process and the comprehensive benefits of land use.Therefore,exploring the coupling and coordination relationship between the comprehensive benefits of land use and urbanization is of great significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of cities,building urban ecological civilization,and improving the comprehensive benefits of land use.This paper takes in Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos as research objects.From 2006 to 2017,according to the interaction between land use comprehensive benefits and urbanization,according to the principle of index system construction,create the comprehensive evaluation index system.The land use comprehensive benefit system is divided into four subsystems: economic benefit,social benefit,ecological benefit and structural benefit of land use.The urbanization level system is divided into four categories: population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization and ecological urbanization.Then use the entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each evaluation index,measure the comprehensive benefit and urbanization level of land use,and then use the relative development model and the center of gravity matching model to quantitatively analyze the relative development degree between the comprehensive benefits of land use and the level of urbanization.The coupling degree and coordination degree between land use comprehensive benefit and urbanization are measured by the coupling coordination degree model.Finally,the grey correlation model is used to analyze the relationship between the comprehensive benefits of land use and urbanization.The results show that the comprehensive benefit of land use and urbanization development level is better in Hohhot City and Baotou City,and Ordos City is relatively lower.The comprehensive benefits of land use in Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos are different from the degree of urbanization development.The comprehensive benefits of land use lag behind the development of urbanization,and the development between the two has a great difference within time.The coupling relationship between land use comprehensive benefits and urbanization in Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos City has reached a high level coupling stage.The coordination degree of the three cities showed a steady upward trend with time.The coordination degree of Hohhot was greater than that of Baotou City than that of Ordos City.The research on the interaction between land use comprehensive benefit and urbanization found that the mutual economic development of land use and urbanization has little impact on the comprehensive utilization of land use and the improvement of urbanization level.The ecological benefits of land use and ecological urbanization has a great impact on the comprehensive benefits of land use and the improvement of urbanization level.
