A Research On Coordinated Development Between Industrial Clusters And Regional Economy In "Hohhot, Baotou And Ordos" Region

Industry cluster is a certain result of the economic development; it occupies an important position in the economic activity in the world; is a competitive weapon among developed regions, but also as primary means of catching up with each other in the developing countries. Promote the development of industrial clusters has become an important economic development strategy. Industrial clusters'combined effect can deploy the resources that are the main source of regional competitive advantage.Based on the status of"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"regional industrial clusters and regional economic development, First, classified the"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"regional industrial clusters as energy and chemical, metallurgy and equipment manufacturing, agricultural and livestock production and processing, four major high-tech industries. Considering the"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"region-specific circumstances and the indicators feasibility, the paper determines the industrial cluster and regional economic system, the evaluation index system, and carried out data collection. Second, apply principal component analysis, using SPSS software for data processing, calculated"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"level of the integrated system between regional industrial clusters and regional economic development. Third, exploring the industrial clusters and regional economic coordinated development of interactive mechanism to build industrial clusters and regional economic development evaluation model, combined with the results of integrated development of the system to calculate the degree of coordination between the two systems, and determine the type of coordinated development of the two systems. Fourth, use contribution rate mode to calculate the contribution rate index for the analysis of a large root of the problem.On the basis, analysis the coordination problems of"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"regional industrial clusters and regional economic development, proposed corresponding countermeasures, that are while continue developing industrial clusters strengthening the"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"Regional economic integration, increase investment in education, accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure, increase the proportion of tertiary industry, promote"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"regional industry cluster system and regional economic system coordinated development to improve the"Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos"regional economic development quality, thereby stimulating rapid economic development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
