The Study Of Schedule Management In Metallurgical Engineering EPC Project

In recent years, as the rapid development of China's metallurgical industry,metallurgical project contracting methods are changed, and by Engineering - Procurement- Construction (EPC) model metallurgical projects more and more. Using EPC model canachieve metallurgical engineering project engineering, procurement, construction at thetime of the order of the depth of the cross, thereby reducing the entire project cycle.First, we start from the corporate organizational structure of the research, describedEPC capabilities with the organizational structure of Metallurgical Engineering and projectmanagement processes.EPC projects with the characteristics of metallurgical engineering,metallurgical engineering studies EPC project work breakdown structure (WBS) in thedevelopment of principles and methods.Then, on the basis of the above studied metallurgical engineering EPC projectschedule development process and points.Established a project for four metallurgicalengineering EPC schedule system.From the progress of the inspection schedule varianceanalysis, the progress of three aspects of adjustment of the metallurgical engineering EPCproject schedule.EPC project proposed four-tier metallurgical engineering system andadvance the progress of the progress report system.Finally, a continuous casting and metallurgical engineering project for theimplementation of EPC project case describes the process of preparing the project scheduleand the schedule control problems and their solutions.In this paper, metallurgical engineering EPC projects mainly refers to the field offerrous metallurgy and continuous casting steelmaking process projects in the field, otherfields for the metallurgical engineering, as the project content, project scope and the sameor similar project-related parties, have some reference value.
