According to the fact that there are some problems about the present managementmodel of metallurgical engineering project of type A, how to make reforming to thepresent management model is very important for the operating efficiency and economicbenefit of22MCC group. The research methods are activity based classification,comparative analysis and normative analysis. This paper makes comparative analysisbetween the central management model and first class management model and presentingan optimal design of management model on the basis of first class management model. Italso proposes some safeguard measures.Firstly, the overview of22MCC are presented and the group metallurgicalengineering project of type A, B, C is defined. The article analyses the current situation ofcentral management model from staff organization, running mode and fund managementmode.Secondly, the article makes comparative analysis between the central managementmodel and first class management model on the basis of development goals and statusanalysis of first class management mode. It presents the similarities and differences of thetwo management model.Thirdly, the article presents an optimal design of management model on the basis offirst class management model. The new design of the management model includesorganizational structure, personal location and management system.Finally, in order to make the new management model run efficiently, the articleproposes some safeguard measures. The measures are put forward in some aspects,including motivation system, human resource management, information managementsystem and safety management.
