Research Of Performance Appraisal On The Handan Tax Inspection

With China's political and economic system reform, government performance appraisal theory and practice has also increasingly received more attention.This article is for the purpose of founding a set of more suitable majority municipal land tax examination system's general achievements appraisal indicator system, and provides a little experience for the local tax examination department's management and the reform to use for reference.From government achievements inspection's development, evolution and research present situation mentioned, this article introduces the development present status of domestic and foreign tax affairs department achievements appraisal ; from Handan local tax examination system achievements appraisal development change process, it has carried on the thorough careful analysis to existing achievements appraisal system of Handan local tax examination system, and proposes to further improve the evaluation of specific measures to determine the different levels of grass-roots local tax inspection department performance evaluation appraisal system framework, and the determination of the assessment indicators are analyzed. For the sake of study, this paper through literature law, qualitative and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis, etc. Of the evaluation index, the combination of implementation, evaluation and attention problems are expatiated.This local tax inspection department to determine the primary indicators of performance appraisal system is simple, practical, and easily quantifiable indicators suitable for most of the municipalities and districts to use local tax inspection system, which enrich the basic tax inspection department and the theoretical study of performance appraisal performance management of local tax authorities has some reference implementation for the local tax inspection system to improve efficiency, optimize human resources, enhance the sector and the enthusiasm of all staff to provide an effective management approach.
