With the increasingly fierce competition faced by enterprises in the market,the sales department in enterprise has developed to the important position more and more obvious,cultivate a belongs to own excellent sales team is an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises.It is a great significance to establish a good sales force and how to construct a reasonable,scientific and targeted performance appraisal system for salespersons is an important subject for the managers.According to the sales staff performance appraisal,a lot of enterprises are still in the traditional,simple performance evaluation period,have not formed a set of targeted,truly meet the performance appraisal system of the enterprise's long-term development objectives.Sales staff performance appraisal is combined with the enterprise strategic target,using a series of management means to control and monitor their work process and results,establish,collect,process and monitor performance data,sustained by managers and sales personnel,dynamic communication and feedback,affecting their behavior,to enhance their ability,to achieve the company target,so as to achieve a win-win effect of enterprises and employees.The company of HS as the business background,starting from the performance appraisal of the relevant theory,to clarify the purpose of enterprise marketing personnel performance appraisal and the importance of the establishment of enterprise marketing staff performance appraisal of the basic principles,content and general methods.Combined with HS current marketing personnel performance appraisal system status,using questionnaire method to investigate and analyze the problems of the enterprise marketing staff work characteristics and performance appraisal methods exist and reconvene scholars and representatives of the enterprise managers and sales personnel using the Delphi method was used to determine the key indicators of the sales staff performance appraisal system,and order relation analysis method,the weight of the key indicator of scientific calculation,formed a performance appraisal system for sales personnel of a complete set of HS company.After the HS new sales personnel performance management system design is proposed in this paper,the basic implementation principles and concrete steps of the system,and what measures has been taken to ensure the system for effective implementation.Sales in the form of HS in many industrial consumer goods manufacturing company was widespread,so research on the sales staff performance appraisal system to other industrial consumer goods manufacturing enterprises has certain reference significance.
