In the increasingly competitive era,human resource management has become a key factor in the competitive advantage of corporate activities.In the modern enterprise management system,human resource management is a vital part,therefore,it is necessary to create a set of both efficient and practical performance appraisal system.The establishment of the performance appraisal system is the foundation and foundation of the modern enterprise human resource management system.Therefore,how to rationalize the creation and optimization of enterprise performance appraisal system,and the effective implementation and use of the formation of employees continue to grow,business development continue to achieve a good step in the situation is urgent at this stage of human resource management needs to be addressed.This article mainly takes ZH Company as the research object,analyzes the reality of its performance appraisal,as follows as much as possible to dig out the hidden problem in the performance appraisal work,and based on the characteristics of the enterprise itself as a foothold,targeted The creation of a viable performance appraisal system,with a view to ZH's management status can be changed to achieve employee satisfaction and business efficiency of the dual upgrade.In this paper,the research context is: first,the relevant research results at home and abroad to integrate and analyze,and performance evaluation of the future direction of development to predict.Secondly,taking ZH Company as the research object,this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis of the actual situation of the enterprise performance appraisal,and digs out the hidden problems in the enterprise performance appraisal work.Thirdly,based on the strategic planning and management idea of ZH company,this paper puts forward the feasibility of optimizing the existing performance appraisal system by using qualitative and quantitative analysis method.Fourth,the implementation of the enterprise performance appraisal system to give the feasibility of the proposal.Through the research and design of this paper,the improvement of the performance appraisal system of ZH Company has been greatly improved.Mainly in: the traditional performance appraisal system in the existence of the fuzzy objectives,the main assessment of the subject and other issues have been greatly improved.Not only to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees work,but also for other industries in the same industry performance appraisal system to lay a good foundation.
