Performance Appraisal and performance management systems are the very important and independent modules in modern Human Resources Management.Human resources can ensure a company to strengthen its competitiveness and long-term development,whereas only companies adopt effective performance Appraisal and performance management systems,can an individual employee's subjective initiatives be motivated to contribute for company strategy objectives,then human resources can eventually be converted into company profitability.As such,performance Appraisal and performance management are getting more and more important in the field of human resource study and practice.In the thesis,the author uses YC Lychem Company as an example to illustrate how to design an effective performance Appraisal system which can meet the special company needs of culture and strategy changes,in viewing factors of company current Appraisal system status and existing problems as well.It has also specified system implementation support and Appraisal result application to ensure the new performance Appraisal system can be implemented steadily and smoothly.The thesis combines the theories and practices closely and applies modern company management logics in diagnose issues,problem statement,deep dive analysis,outline resolution and final problem solving,which has provided an effective resolution to solve the enterprises existing management problems and can be leveraged by other companies as well.
