The Development Path Of Micro Life Insurance Of Rural In Gansu Province

The rural micro life insurance has characteristics of small charge, high security, easy policy and so on. It main services in rural low-incomes, is an important part of the small amount of financial, and also an effective financial means for poverty alleviation. Gansu started the small insurance pilot since august 2000. The government gives support policy, and gives small insurance advantage of good policy environment. Participate in the insurance company actively exploring marketed, constantly developing new products. After many efforts, the small insurance pilot of rural work well, most improves the security situation of the low-incomes. But the trial process has much constraint such as propaganda, exhibition expensive, insufficient effective demand. Therefore, on the basis of having full knowledge of the small insurance pilot, devising the path chosen for its sound development, could help the small insurance play full functional in financing poverty in Gansu.This article divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and meaningful of this paper, researching methods and approach in home and abroad. The second section summarizes the amount of the theory that the small insurance based on. The third part of the research analysis of the two aspects of the small amount of insurance in Gansu on the situation and problems from the supply and demand aspect based on the research data. Part four describes the development and the successful experience of the insurance; summarize the provinces in the small amount of insurance development. The fifth part recommendations from the mode optimization,the insurance company of service improvement and other relevant support measures for the small amount of insurance sustainable development in Gansu province.
