Though personal life insurance marketing has developed quickly, which has promoted Chinese personal insurance market, it is facing many challenges. This article reviews the history of personal life insurance marketing, and based on it, analyses its present situation and discusses the way of its reform.This thesis is divided into six parts: preface, the development of personal life insurance marketing, the marketing mode analysis on personal life insurance of personal agency as well as bank agency, the choice of personal life insurance marketing reform path, the ending, etc.Preface elaborates personal life insurance marketing mode to promote personal life insurance market and importance of inquiring into personal life insurance marketing mode, simply discusses the textual research way and features. It also studies the definition to the life insurance marketing, personal life insurance marketing mode, putting forward the scope of this topic.Chapter 1 discusses the history of personal life market and important affects, including the development of personal agency life insurance marketing mode and bank agency life insurance marketing mode.Chapter 2 analysis personal agency life insurance marketing mode, elaborate its operation, successful reason and problem, carrying on the overall summary evaluation.Chapter 3 analysis bank agency life insurance marketing mode, elaborate its operation, successful reason and problem, carrying on the overall summary evaluation.Chapter 4 is about the way of choosing reform path according to carrying on valid marketing combination, changing personal agency life insurance marketing mode and bank agency life insurance marketing mode as well.The ended part puts forward main conclusions.
