Reach On The Path To Insurance Support Rural In Gansu Province

Located in the northwest Gansu Province,China,the resident population of 2590.78 million,which amounted to 1510.94 million rural residents accounted for 58.32%,affected by climate,ecological environment,the level of poor rural economy,rural residents to poverty,high rates of returning to poverty.2014 per capita net income of rural residents 5736 yuan,lower than the national average,even after several years of poor governance,rural residents per capita net income of Gansu Province showed a significant increase,but in Gansu Province poverty rate is still the second highest in the country,so far the province a total of 58 destitute Area counties,17 counties floral poverty,poor villages 6220,1.29 million poor households,5.52 million poor people,so rural residents in Gansu province is still facing the threat of risk of poverty,poverty alleviation faces huge challenge.Based on the poverty path rural Gansu province study,further analysis of the Rural Resident in Gansu Gansu Province potential risk of poverty,according to the risk analysis carried out research related to poverty reduction path,the last under the Comprehensive Analysis and Path of risk Insurance path Gansu Province put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.This paper is divided into six parts;the first part is the introduction part briefly describes the background,research significance and research scholars at home and abroad.The second part describes the insurance for rural residents to support poverty alleviation logical relationships,including the relationship between the fundamental properties of insurance mechanisms,insurance and poverty,as well as through the basic functions and the derivative function of insurance on poverty reduction mechanism.The third part of the study area in Gansu Province led to rural residents into the causes of poverty,and analyzed.The fourth part of the serious illness insurance,agricultural insurance to prevent the rural population due to illness,disaster paths into poverty and poverty alleviation path help the insurance industry credit were studied,and analyzes the current situation of insurance path poverty in Gansu Province.The fifth part,proposed insurance Gansu Province poverty alleviation path countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect section.
