With the innovation of pastoral management system and development of market economy, Ewenke town has emerged a series of herdsmen's cooperative economic organizations in Inner Mongolia. The creation and development of herdsman's cooperative economic organizations have played a promoted role for the protection of the local ecological environment and the addition of herdsmen's income. However, the herdsman's cooperative economic organizations are still in the primary stage of development. There still exists some problems that block the development of the cooperative economic organization, such as the herdsman's low participation ratio,even some herdsmen's suspect attitude to the cooperative economic organization. Therefore, it is of practical significance to analyze the desire and factors of influence in process of participation of the cooperative economic organizations. It can promote the development of cooperative economic organizations; meanwhile, it can provide correct suggestions for government to the further development.This paper takes the Ewenke town as an example, basing on the analysis of the current development situation to cooperative economic organization, and using the 162 groups of research data in order to establish a Logistic model to study the herdsmen's willingness and factors of influence of cooperative economic organizations in Ewenke town. There are many factors which affect the desire obviously, including household income and labor burden, the education of the head of a household, the shortcutting of fund and technology, the difficulty of product sales, the degree of awareness to cooperative, and the degree of support by the government.
