Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Which May Effect Herdsmen’s Willingness To Join The Specialized Cooperative Economic Organization

As an important innovation way of the prairie animal husbandry management system, the herdsmen’s specialized cooperative economic organization plays a vital role in the innovation of pastoral area management system, enhancing the herdsmen’s organization, advancing animal husbandry industrial production and increasing herdsman’s income. In the early period of this kind of cooperative economic organization’s development, we focused and emphasized the importance and necessaries of its development, but ignored the problems that we might face to during the developing, such as lots of herdsmen might not join in the cooperative economic organization. Developing this cooperative organization is beneficial for herdsmen, and also mainly needs the herdsmen’s participation. So it is very meaningful and practically significant to study on the factors which will influence herdsmen’s desire to join in the cooperative economic organization for promoting its development and protecting herdsmen’s benefits.Based on the study on correlation theories of cooperative economy organization, and using the investigating data gained from Hulunbeier and Xilingol in2008and2010, this thesis use the method of descriptive statistical analysis and the method of econometrics analysis. Through the empirical study on the present situation of herdsmen’s participation in the herdsman specialized cooperative economic organization in the sample area, we deeply analyzed the influencing factors which may influence the herdsman’s desire to participate in the herdsman specialized cooperative economic organization. The results indicated that Herdsman’s participation desire may be influenced by the attitude the herdsman holds, the labor’s quantity in herdsman’s home, the education level and the social position of the head of herdsman’household, etc. Besides, this thesis proposed several countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the herdsman specialized cooperative economic organization.
