Research On Members' Investment Willingness In Specialized Farmer's Cooperatives

Household contract responsibility system aroused the farmer individual incentive to produce,make the farmers involved in the market economy gradually,step by step,however,a single farmer's strength is weak thin,unable to compete the complex competition environment and all kinds of risk may occur in the agricultural production,especially with China's "WTO" and the deepening of market economy competition of agricultural products,individual peasant household production disadvantage clearly exposed.In this context,farmer professional cooperatives provide a bridge for small farmers to enter the market and become an efficient way to participate in the market.The promulgation and implementation of the cooperative law has brought the cooperative organization into a new stage in the development of rural China.Farmers' professional cooperatives through prenatal provide farmers with agricultural materials,provide technical support during product processing,storage service,postpartum provide sales information or direct purchase,reduce the agricultural production cost,improve the production efficiency and quality of agricultural products,so the support by the government and farmers' groups,the number of rapid growth,but also have produced a lot of problems in the process.The fast rise in number of cooperatives with isn't the quality necessary to ascend,relevant research pointed out that so far,the participation of ordinary farmers' cooperatives as the main body of behavior is not positive,cooperative organization drive,fully exert the role of the farmers didn't it seriously restrict the benign development of cooperatives.This paper discusses the factors that influence the participation behavior of the members.Rotarian participation behavior includes three aspects: the business involved in behavior,capital participate in behavior and management behavior,business participation and capital participation can be directly bring corresponding economic benefits for members,but if only the two participation behavior,it can bring the returns may not be stable,cooperative relations are also easily influenced by other factors influence the interrupt or stop,so the members involved in the cooperative management are needed to maintain their own interests through their own behavior.These actions will directly affect the membership benefits and their recognition and satisfaction of cooperatives,affects the benign development of cooperatives,cooperative accordingly and membership benefits and satisfaction and the development situation of will in turn affect the members involved in behavior,interaction is both influence each other.Therefore,it is important to study the participation behavior of the members in the cooperative operation to improve the benefit of farmers and promote the positive development of cooperatives.Based on Shaanxi,Henan and Shanxi Province 78 and 389 cooperative unions of survey data to influence members involved in business,capital,management behavior factors of the empirical analysis.The research results show that the members of cooperative organization in the cooperatives cognitive level,benefit evaluation,trust evaluation,system of organization and the individual characteristics of its capital participation,management respectively,business behavior has a different degree of participation,the influence of the surplus allocation and management system of cognition,benefit evaluation,members of the scale,the degree of trust in management,family income,and product price fluctuation is the main factors influencing the business participation behavior;The election method and income evaluation of the management are the main factors influencing the participation of the capital.The cognitive,organizational system,and the membership of the council or supervisory board of individual members of the surplus distribution and management system are the main factors influencing the management participation behavior.Based on the above empirical analysis,the author thinks that to enhance the degree of active participation behavior,on the one hand,actively publicize the policy for the related to the cooperative system;On the other hand,we will urge the cooperative to quickly establish a sound management system,a reasonable distribution system and a fair decision system.Other governments need to step up support and implement preferential policies.
