| Based on the integration of residual resources, scale expansion,cultivating new profit growth point, diversification strategy becomes one of the most widely used strategies in domestic and foreign enterprises.Because of the non-renew ability of coal resources and needs of stable profit of enterprise and sustainable development, it is more necessary for coal enterprises whose main businesses are exploiting and washing coal to establish diversification strategy.In this paper, a case study Yitai Group Co.,Ltd.,by using shannon index of its pluralistic types of preliminary judgment.We analyze diversification situation in Yitai group with SWOT analysis, from the angle condition of external environment and internal resources,based on necessity and feasibility of diversification in Yitai group, this paper based on the principle of diversification and following the premise, combine with annual report and internal financial data of Yitai group to analyze diversification timing, strategic objectives and industry selection, and determine the weight of fuzzy evaluation criteria through AHP to make a comprehensive evaluation to diversification strategy for Yitai group. At last, we give suggestions for further implementation for Yitai group diversification strategy. |
