Kingenta group is the world's largest manufacturer of slow release fertilizers.At present,Kingenta has many famous fertilizer brands such as Woft,Kingenta,Kim Da,Kim Da-Da,Kim Da-Da and Kin-Tu No.1.With the development of each brand,problems such as insufficient subdivision of brand diversification market,vague positioning of each brand,joint competitiveness of brand diversification marketing need to be improved,group brand diversification The advantages did not come into play.With the gradual maturity of the market economy and the increasingly fierce competition,the enterprise operation mode is realizing the upgrading from the product operation level to the brand operation level.Brand diversification strategy is an important strategic issue for large and medium-sized enterprises in China.Successful implementation of brand diversification strategy can help enterprises enhance their competitive advantage and maximize market share.This paper adopts the methods of systematic analysis,literature research and investigation and analysis,on the basis of in-depth analysis of brand and brand strategy,market segmentation,market positioning,enterprise strategy theory and other related theories.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the development of brand diversification strategy of Kim Jong un,and finds out that the existing market segmentation of brand diversification is not deep enough,the positioning of each brand is relatively fuzzy,and the joint competitiveness of brand diversification marketing needs to be improved.Furthermore,SWOT analysis is carried out on the development of brand diversification strategy of Kim Jong-un Company,and its internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats are proved.Combined with classic cases of brand diversification Analysis,got to Kim Jong un's experience and enlightenment.On this basis,this paper puts forward the brand diversification countermeasures of Kim Jong un,and defines the strategy,suggestions and safeguard measures of brand diversification on the basis of the previous analysis.Through the research of this paper,it can help the company to enhance the strategic management concept and brand management concept,thus providing help for its long-term development.
