In the rapidly developing business environment and the knowledge economy, with the increasingly fierce market competition, R & D activities more and more important to modern enterprises. R & D knowledge capital is the most valuable and most difficult to duplicate resources, research and development staff to become creative engagement to obtain the operating efficiency and effectiveness of the key factors. Employee engagement determines the degree of staff motivation and involvement on a direct impact on employee productivity and creativity, the current engagement is more limited for knowledge workers to carry out, but the R & D personnel has a unique heart characteristics and work characteristics. For example, job autonomy and creativity, their work is not considered sexual, professional loyalty higher than that their corporate loyalty. Based on the characteristics of R & D personnel, R & D staff engagement play an important role on stimulate engagement of staff, improve staff satisfaction and development of individual performance and organizational performance, and has a unique competitive advantage long strong support to the enterprise. Currently, R & D personnel for research engagement is not fully mature, enterprises have recognized the importance of R & D staff engagement, but the increase has not been targeted measures, as compared to other knowledge-based R & D staff has a unique characteristics.This study include the following:This paper analyzes the business enterprises of the importance of R & D personnel, proposed the significance of this study. This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant employee engagement reviews and research status, based on the proposed R & D personnel to enhance the need for engagement. This comprehensive analysis of theory, based on the R & D work described features and psychological characteristics of R & D staff for the special nature of R & D staff engagement factors, building R & D engagement in the evaluation system. A combined company to carry out empirical research, analysis A level of R & D staff engagement, and the problems, and analysis of evaluation results. With the foregoing analysis and summary of proposed research and development staff to enhance countermeasures engagement, the establishment of a system to improve business engagement, stimulate R & D personnel for enterprises to provide reference engagement.The innovation of this paper is:in the establishment of dedicated R & D personnel evaluation system, the comprehensive reference of the view of many scholars, and made my own evaluation indicators and evaluation processes. In this paper, I establish personal engagement level indicator of evaluating R & D staff, and build the way of searching for the existence issues of R & D staff engagement, evaluation factors of concern.
