Property management is an emerging integrated service industries and it is labor-intensive businesses. The most important ability is the talent competition in the industry of property management companies. So, enhancing human resource management, developing a high-quality workforce is the fundamental conditions for survival and development of property companies and of course, this is necessary requirement for property organizations to participate in the competition and achieving success. How to establish a scientific enterprise performance management system to improve the competitiveness of organizations, according to their current situation, which is the key for the organizations to be grow and develop.Based on the advanced theory of performance management both in China and overseas and the practical application of performance management, this study tries to use Balanced Score Card, which is powerful tool of performance management, to enhance property quality of service management company, to establish a rational, effective, workable and practical performance evaluation system, and hoping to provide some guidance on the development of the property industry.This paper is divided into four parts:Part I:Introduction, describes the background and meaning, ideas, frameworks, research methods and possible innovations; the second part:it describes the theory of human resource management, performance management, the Balanced Score Card. The third part:it offers an overview of the current property management, and introduces and analyzes the situation of the property status and performance management of ZH property management. Part IV: This is the key part of the paper. As ZH property management company who uses Balanced Score Card to achieve the aims of performance management to be anexample, it explores the model of ZH property performance management, and detailed analyzes its management regulation, methods, characteristic. And at last the improvement strategies have been put forward according to the current existing problems. |
