Design and management of nuclear power construction project management as an important part of the project undertakes the design of nuclear power organization, design schedule, design process, design quality, design results, project investments for the overall management functions.In this paper, literature search methods, comparative analysis and chart analysis method are combined to ABC nuclear power project design management role as the research object, with the other nuclear power project design management comparison, explain the ABC nuclear power project design management status and characteristics of the design management system problems, and solve these problems, combined with the theory, design management from the organization type, design schedule management design IED and document management, design interface management, design management responsibilities and improve the management of items and other aspects of sound design management of the specific measures, obtained by the team and matrix organization combines style, and to take measures to optimize several aspects of design management, to improve the level of nuclear power construction project management and operational efficiency.This study aims to follow the new nuclear power projects under construction and the establishment of a development strategy in line with current company design management system, and so the project is modeled, the model can be extended to all new projects throughout the company, in the same industry can also be reference.
