Chinese Food Safety Supervision Of Social

Food security is very important. Food safety is not only important to the health of the people, and healthy development of the economic and harmony and stability of the society, but also important to the national and the government s image which has become a public concerned social issue. Previous studies on issue focused on the responsibility of the government, but the Government Failure and the Market Failure in the field of food safety, generating a social supervision requirement. Chinese food safety social supervision should be a change in government in the field of food safety is absolutely dominate position, build a food safety supervision based on social subject's participation, and promote food self-regulation system for enterprises to build the social supervision to participate in the institutional environment for food safety. In this paper, the theory of social supervision study on the basis of food safety, and referred to the experience in developed countries, combined with the statues quo of our country and put forward to build the supervision of food safety comments and suggestions. Surrounding the Chinese food safety social supervision, this paper consists of 5 parts.First, the paper introduces the background, purpose, significance of the studies. This part also covers the research methods, the innovation of the research.Second, the paper introduces the concepts and the theories of the studies in the food safety social supervision.Third, the paper introduces food safety supervision experience in developed countries, and then combined with Chinese food safety supervision.Fourth, the paper analyzes the problems of Chinese food safety social supervision.Finally, the paper points out the specific suggestions to perfect the Chinese food safety social supervision.The paper tries to study the Chinese food safety social supervision from the theories and practice, hopes to give the instructional meanings to the Chinese food safety supervision.
