People are eating for food,food quality and safety are related to the health and safety of more than 1.3 billion people.In these years,the state has been paying close attention to food quality and safety,and the food quality and safety situation has continued to improve,but it is still many problems.In January 2018,President Xi Jinping made important instructions on food safety work,emphasizing strict prevention and strict control of food quality and safety risks.In September 2018,the State Council convened the first plenary meeting of the Food Safety Committee,the aim of continuously improving the capacity and level of food safety and promoting the implementation of food safety.In addition,the people's living standards have improved,and the purchase of goods has more selectivity.Solving food from consumer terminals is another way to solve food quality and safety problems.In order to explore how to reduce food quality and safety risks,we first clarify the relationship between consumer cognition,behavior and food quality and safety risks.Through the discussion of consumer behavior,consumer behavior are divided into two dimensions: purchasing behavior and rights protection behaviors.Analyze their relationship with food quality and safety risks;then introduce consumer social supervision as a regulatory variable to regulate the relationship among consumer cognition,purchase behavior,rights protection behaviors and food quality and safety risks.Based on consumer cognition,behavior and consumer social supervision,the theory of food quality and safety risks is channeled,and the impact of their interaction on food quality and safety risks is analyzed and verified separately.Second,based on field survey data of 202 consumers in Nantong,we successfully obtained detailed data on consumers' awareness of food quality and safety risks.SPSS software was used to was used to do regression analysis among the risk of consumer cognition,behaviors and food quality safety risks.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation among consumer cognition,consumer purchasing behaviors and food quality safety risks,consumer rights protection activities have a little effect on food quality safety risks.The social supervision among consumer cognition,purchasing behaviors and food quality safety risks regulates positively.But there is no significant adjustment effect among consumer cognition,rights protection behaviors and food quality safety risks.Finally,according to the results of the study,we propose relevant suggestions to reduce the risk of food quality safety.
