Food safety is a major issue related to people’s livelihood.The Chinese government attaches great importance to food safety supervision.However,food safety incidents still happen frequently in recent years.The reality once again proved that food safety regulatory which dominated by government only can’t meet consumers’ demand for food safety.The "double failure" of government public right and market private right in food safety risk management is in urgent need of participation of social organizations.In order to supervise food safety risks effectively,it is urgent to change food safety governance from the traditional government-led governance model to the "government-led,social coordination,public participation" collaborative governance model.Meanwhile,it is also need to form co-governance system by introducing social mechanisms,and actively guiding,supporting and encouraging social organizations to participate in food safety risk management.This paper constructs the multiple linear regression model and the simulation of BP neural network from the perspective of Chinese social organizations,which participating in the practice of food safety risk management on the basis of domestic and foreign research literature and the multidisciplinary discipline.The linear and non-linear relationship between the main factors that the social organization participates in the risk management ability of food safety are studied.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the financial situation of social organization,the relationship between social organization and government,the credibility of social organization and the internationalization of social organization and the ability of social organization to participate in food safety risk management.The analysis method of BP neural network simulation reveals the non-linear relationship between other influencing factors and social organizations’ participation in food safety risk management ability.The main innovations of this paper are as follows.Firstly,according to the realistic background of social safety of food safety risk,the main factors influencing the ability of social organizations to participate in food safety risk management are studied.It is unique and make up for the deficiency of existing research.Secondly,this research breaks the limitations of traditional empirical research by using multiple linear regression and BP neural network nonlinear fitting analysis method.Thirdly,it reveals the deep relationship between relevant factors and social organizations involved in food safety risk management ability based on BP neural network simulation.
