Study On Improving System Of Food Safety

Food safety relates to everybody and every family, however, in recent years, more and more negative news about food safety issue come to public spotlight, and also led to widespread public concern. Even the public lost confidence in the domestic food safety, Food safety governance is the only way to solve the problem of food safety, how to improve the food safety governance system, how innovative ways of governance, how to achieve effective governance, has become the focus of the country, society, and the food companies. Government agencies want to continue reform of the governance of food safety issues, food companies want to market regulation to govern food safety issues, they were not achieved good results, as a social force other than the public power and private power, has gradually become a new focus of attention to public. This paper analysis based on food safety issue and problems of food safety governance, combined with the successful experiences and cases from developed countries, proposes to strengthen the role of social organizations to participate in governance, improve strategies of food safety governance system, and from the analysis of social organizations in the food safety governance, role, status, problems, the conclusion is that strengthening the role of social organizations become the optimal path, it provides a useful reference for food safety governance of China.
