Second, using network is discussed analytic hierarchy process to determine the evaluation index system and its internal links, calculated with Super Decision software. Third, by using questionnaire involving combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the statistical analysis of the human resource dynamic ability get evaluation system application research, and draw reasonable evaluation result, the results show that this evaluation system is established that has practical value.
