This paper firstly foot on the correlation theory of performance evaluation of human resource,it lay a theoretical foundation for performance evaluation of human resource of shiheng power plant in shandong. Secondly, analysis from deficiency in performance evaluation of human resource of shiheng power plant in shandong,design of an assessment system learning from others for performance evaluation of human resource. And starting from the application of performance evaluation of human resource , order increased hierarchy structure index system is set up by AHP. The mathematical model of multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive appraisement is set up by using the fuzzy theory and means,and making rational evaluation on human resource. |
