As the tool that evaluates the level of enterprise's marketing performance, compare the distance with competitors and direct the marketing, enterprise's marketing effect evaluation is more and more attended. This paper mainly composes with basic marketing theory, present status of Jinan Power Supply Company, index system of marketing effect and method of evaluation. Firstly, analyze the present status of Jinan Power Supply Company and the affecting factors of marketing effect of Power Supply Company, and then set up an index system for the marketing of Power Supply Company. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted to confirm the index weight. At last, fuzzy comprehensive method is using to evaluate the marketing effect of Jinan Power Supply Company.
