Research On The Dynamic Capability Evaluation Of Fresh E-commerce Supply Chain

Fresh e-commerce is the product of the development of e-commerce industry to a certain extent.It was born with the improvement of supply chain and the upgrading of consumer demand.The characteristics of fresh e-commerce itself make consumers put forward relatively high requirements on the timeliness and safety of its distribution,and also force fresh e-commerce to continuously upgrade and iterate its own supply chain and logistics.In addition,the fresh e-commerce market environment is more complex and competitive.The giants constantly add to the market,a variety of operating models emerge in endlessly,consumer demand and preferences are also changing.All these factors put forward relatively high requirements on the dynamic ability of fresh e-commerce supply chain.In other words,the level of dynamic ability of fresh e-commerce supply chain is the key to whether fresh e-commerce can maintain a lasting competitive advantage.In this regard,this paper takes DJ enterprise as the object and makes the following research:Firstly,relevant literatures about dynamic capability and supply chain dynamic capability at home and abroad were sorted out,relevant research context was sorted out,the connotation and composition of dynamic capability and supply chain dynamic capability were analyzed,and the definition of supply chain dynamic capability was given from the perspective of this paper combined with the operation characteristics of fresh e-commerce.Secondly,the components of the dynamic capability of supply chain are analyzed,and the measurement indexes in the evaluation system are determined by combining the investigation of DJ enterprises.Thirdly,the dynamic capability level evaluation system of fresh e-commerce supply chain is established,and the overall evaluation process combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)is determined.Fourth,the model is applied to DJ enterprises to evaluate their supply chain dynamic capability level,and analyze the results.Finally,combining with the specific situation of DJ enterprises,the improvement Suggestions and improvement countermeasures are given.This paper takes DJ enterprise as the research object,and verifies that the dynamic capability level evaluation model of supply chain established in this paper is objective and feasible,and has practical operability.At the same time,in the process of building the model,the composition of the dynamic capability of supply chain was analyzed,and the basic framework of the four-dimensional model was determined.Based on this,the level of the dynamic capability of supply chain of DJ enterprise was evaluated.According to the evaluation results,suggestions are given to improve the dynamic capability level of supply chain through lean management,optimization of organizational structure and vertical integration,so as to maintain the competitive advantage for a long time.
