Human resource cost directly affect the product cost, corporate profits and market competitiveness of products. And, human resource cost also manifest the enterprise investment, the most direct is to reflect the staff's economic interests, the main factor of the enterprise staff's work enthusiasm depends on the number changes of the enterprise human resource cost.
