With the deepening of the electricity market reform, power supply companies will face unprecedented competition and focus on electricity marketing as one of the keys to survival. This paper analyzes the source of the competition of power supply enterprise, puts forward a concept and features of electricity marketing competitiveness of the power supply company to help it realize, improve and foster competitive advantage. On this basis, analyze the influence factors, construct the index system and model of evaluation by Analytic Hierarchy Process based on improved Accelerating Genetic Algorithm and Experts weights. Then use Jilin Power Supply Company as example to analyze the main factors to effect electricity marketing competitiveness and give some suggestions. |
