| A lot of achievements have made in agricultural technical extension since the founding of the china. It has made important contribution.in promoting China's peasants, agriculture and rural economy sustainable development. However, China's agricultural popularization are also facing some problems and difficulties which have seriously affected our country agricultural popularization in promoting the increase in farmers' income aspect.At the beginning, the basic theories of agricutural extension were set out. Mechanism of action was analyzed on the farmers' income in relation to agricultural technology extension. Based on the technical application in agricultural production abroad, the questionnaire investigation was hold in liaoning province JianPingXian as empirical basis points to its popularizing agricultural increase farmers' income. lit is concluded that the present status of agricultural popularization work of JianPing county and the current situation of popularizing agricultural farmer's development condition. When obtaining first-hand material, it analyzed the role of agricultural extension work to promoting farmers' income in JianPing county, meanwhile the influencing factors and restriction factor were analyzed. Finally the corresponding solution countermeasures and Suggestions were proposed based on questions.
