Peasant's income concerns the economic development and stability of the rural society directly. 16th Party congress has proposed that the magnificent goal of the society is to build an All-round Well-off Society greatly where increasing peasant's income as its one of the important content. The problem of increasing farmers'income is national and common and readily affected by various agents.
