Study On The Role Of Agricultural Science And Technology Progress To Rural Resident’s Income Increasing In Jiangxi Province

That is to say the centralcommittee attaches importance to “sannong”.Jiangxi province is a traditional agricultural province, agriculture has certain basis,rural per capita net income is at the forefront in China. Jiangxi’s rural per capita netincome grows with the average annual growth rate of12.55%from reform and opening,the real rate is about7.95%. Agricultural produce conduction (such as agriculturalmechanization and original value of productive fixed assets), agricultural labortransforming and per capita educational level affect rural per capita net income greatly.Agricultural mechanization and educational level are representations of scientific andtechnological progress.Agricultural science and technology develops rapidly in Jiangxi, science andtechnology index in2010is two times of more in2000. Agricultural science andtechnology progress can change farming mode, improve overall productivity, promote rurallabor transferring, transform business pattern, so it can accelerate rural resident’s income.The conclusion of empirical analysis shows agricultural science and technology index isthe significant factor of income growth, linear growth of agricultural science andtechnology makes per capita net income exponential growth.At the end, it put forward some policy suggestions and guarantee measures fromconsummating innovating system, popularizing system and serving system of agriculturalscience and technology.
