With the market economic system going further, more and more enterprises realize that: future competitions between enterprises are the competitions of talented persons. Having a team of stable and high quality staff is the source of the core competence of a company. However, the Labor Contract Law published and enforced by the state from Jan.2008 breaks the original fixed personnel employment relationship; hence, the company is no longer obliged to employ a certain employee for life, and an employee is no longer exclusively belonged to a certain company for a lifetime. So the market rule of "two-way choice, and self-dependent flow" becomes inevitable in talent flow.By referring to the reinforcement theory, expectancy theory, career planning theory, need-hierarchy theory of Maslow, two factors theory of Herzberg, knowledge management and knowledge transmission theory, this paper analyzes the problems in training and development of H company, and deeply analyzes the connection between the HR management and the strategic management, the association between the training and other module works of HR management, the relationship between the training work development and the post knowledge demand of employees and such contents as cultivation of trainers, and inspiration on trainer and persons in charge of training program, etc. On such basis, the paper proposes to strengthen the connection between the HR management and strategic management, to define the training demands in relation to the strategic management of the company, to strengthen the association between the training work with other module works of HR management, to develop training work based on post knowledge demand, to develop and establish the trainer team systematically and establish the training reward system, and to establish the "human-oriented" company culture and the learning organization, etc.The research is characterized for the H company and industry as well as the detailed material and data. The research fruits based on actual case will surely become the reference for the development of the same and related industries. |
