The catering culture is a summation of human’s activity on diet. It consists of allkinds of skill and technology in selection of food materials, process of food makingand food consumption. While it also concludes the different kinds of traditionalcustoms and philosophical ideas that establish on daily diet. Chinese diet culture isdescribed as a exotic flower because of it’s well combination of color,smell,taste,appearance and dishware, from which people can acquire a kind of compositiveenjoyment. These factors form the distinguishing feature of Chinese diet culture. Thisarticle firstly takes a global view on palate, vision and sensation of the unique featurein Chinese diet culture, so as to show the extensive and profound Chinese diet cultureon the basis of A Bite of China to audience.This article reveals significant influence,ideas and conceptions of Chinese dietculture to people’s life by making a detailed analysis on A Bite of China.
