China Kazakh And Kazakhstan Kazakh Cultural Comparison Diet

Part of the diet as a cultural phenomenon, is not only closely related to people’sdaily life,but also reflect the cultural characteristics of a nation. Along with the progressand development of economy and society, the diet is constantly changing and developing.Influence of different culture and regional characteristics, some differences exist betweenthe different nationality diet culture, all of these factors results in the formation of theso-called "food culture".With the globalization of the economy, the Central Asian countries are peaceful andfriendly international relations and China’s establishment, understand each nation’s dietculture, not only conducive to understanding and exchanges between the two sidesbetween the nationalities, but also to promote bilateral personnel between acculturation,avoid cultural conflict has positive effect.Research on China Kazak and Kazakhstan Kazak diet culture comparison,comparativeanalysis of common difference in the form of expression of the Kazak diet culture and thefolk cultural significance, help to promote bilateral exchanges of personnel and culturalexchanges, cultural adaptation. This study is divided into four parts: the first chapterintroduces the background, research purpose, research significance, research methods;the second chapter introduces the definition and characteristic of diet culture; the thirdchapter from the diet, the diet custom, festival wedding banquets in diet custom, dietcustom,the food and eating utensils five the two countries are compared in the dietculture; five aspects of similarities and differences of the fourth chapter of diet culture inChina Kazak and Kazakhstan Kazak from nation formation, religious beliefs,geographical environment, national population distribution, economic development andother reasons.Research conducted through the University of Kazakhstan Kazak students and China Xinjiang Kazak, with the diet culture as the sample, through the comparison of the twocountries in the diet culture, contribute to the understanding of transnational Kazak dietculture, promoting cross-cultural communication, foreign students learning Chineselanguage and culture better and have certain help to the Chinese Learning in Kazakhstan,to go to Kazakhstan Chinese funded enterprises personnel to understand thecharacteristics of the diet also had certain guiding.
