The Vacciniaceae specie has approximately 400 various varieties around the world. There are about 91 varieties and 26 variants of Vacciniaceae in China. All these varieties can be further divided into 15 groups. It is mainly found near the subtropical mountainous regions south to the Yangtse River and Qinling Mountains. Due to the high edible value, medical value and ornamental value, the researches and utilization of Vacciniaceae are having more and more attention from the society. There is a wide and numerous distribution of the Vacciniaceae species in Jiangxi, hence Jiangxi has a promising research potential. Up till now, people have not done many researches on the Vacciniaceae species in Jiangxi in the past, hence this research records the characteristics of the natural distribution, as well as the varieties of Vacciniaceae in Jiangxin province and discusses the properties of Jiangxi Vacciniaceae Botanical Area, on the basis of collecting and investigating resources in the nature as well as referring to relevant type specimens and non-type specimens via morphological classification. In addition, this research also includes the morphology tests and evolution analysis on the xylem parts from 8 important species in Jiangxi. Moreover, this research involves collecting and implementing seed-germination tests on Vaccinium brateatum and Vaccinium carlesii in order to provide reference for future introduction and acclimatization.Here are the main conclusions:1.Vacciniaceae species distributed in Jiangxi catheter molecular anatomy of observation, and the length of the catheter, width at its widest point, the middle of the width of the perforated plate inclination measurement results show that:(1) There is no regular among the end of wall vessel elements side characteristics of the group of Vacciniaceae species. (2) 8 Vacciniaceae species catheter molecular length sort are V. trichocladum>V. carlesii>V. bracteatum var. rubellum>V. henryi>V. japonicum var. sinicum> V. mandarinorum> V. longicaudatum> V. bracteatum, distribution of the length of the catheter is 204.17~321.30 um; the vessel elements widest width sort for V. mandarinorum>V. bracteatum var. rubellum>V. carlesii>V. japonicum var. sinicum>V. henryi> V. longicaudatum> V. trichocladum> V. bracteatum, distribution to 15.58 to 24.32 um; sort of average width of the middle of V. bracteatum var. rubellum>V. mandarinorum >V. carlesii>V. japonicum var. sinicum>V. longicaudatum>V. trichocladum>V. henryi >V. bracteatum, distribution range of 14.85~20.76 um.8 Vacciniaceae vessel elements width at its widest point is wider than the middle at the 0.98-4.48um; the perforated plate slope V. mandarinorum>V. japonicum var. sinicum>V. trichocladum> V. longicaudatum >V bracteatum var. rubellum>V. henryi>V. carlesii>V. bracteatum. (3) V. bracteatum var. rubellum、 V. japonicum var. sinicum、 V. carlesii、 V. trichocladum、 V. henryi are original specie, V. mandarinorum and the V. longicaudatum relative evolution. (4) 8 Vacciniaceae of vessel elements in secondary wall thickening type evolution level close. (5) The distribution of the elevation of the Vacciniaceae ecological adaptation of the key factors.2. By using the method of collection of specimens, classification, research on the characteristics of morphology and going through much related reference material, it is found that there are 7 varieties and 5 variants of Vacciniaceae in Jiangxi.3. After comparing Vacciniaceae species in Jiangxi area with those in nearby regions we find that:1) the number of Vacciniaceae varieties in mainland China has the following ranking:Yunnan> Guangdong> Guangxi、Xizang>Guizhou>Jiangxi>Hunan>Fujian、 Zhejiang>Anhui, amongst all of them, Vacciniaceae is mainly found in Yunnan Guangdong, Guangxi,Tibet and Guizhou these four provinces. (46 species in Yunan, accounts for 50.5%of the total; 20 species in Guangdong, accounts for 21.9% of the total; 19 species in Guangxi, accounts for 20.8% of the total; 19 species in Tibet, accounts for 20.8% of the total; 18 species in Guangxi, accounts for 19.7% of the total,7species in Jiangxi, accounts for 7.7% of the total.)2)By analyzing the landscape, Vacciniaceae species is mainly discovered at Yungui Plateau, Nanling Mountain, Luoxiao Mountain and the junction of both.3) By analyzing the variety and number of distribution we can find that varieties and variants of Vacciniaceae are mainly found in the south-west region of China, more specifically Tibet, Yunnan, Guangdong, Yungui Plateau, the junction of Nanling Mountain and Luoxiao Mountain. The number decreases from west to north.4) V. japonicum var. sinicum, V. brateatum and V. mandarinorum are more widely distributed, can be found in south-west, eastern and southern parts of China.4. In order to investigate and compare the germination characteristics of V. brateatum and V. mandarinorum, different density of GA3 solution was used in different temperature to give germination experiments on the seeds of V. brateatum and V. mandarinorum inside constant-temperature incubator. It turns out that the seeds treated with 1000mg/L GA3 solution were in the best germination condition at the constant temperature of 25℃.5. By researching and investigating the environment, ornamental characteristics of Vacciniaceae, its garden implication was discussed. Comments are also made on the practical values such as edible value, medical value and ornamental value of V. brateatum and V. mandarinorum.
