Study On The Utilization Of Rainwater Resources In Sponge City

With the increase of population and the acceleration of urbanization in China,Urban water problems,such as water shortage,water pollution,water ecological destruction and frequent flooding,are becoming more and more serious.The traditional urban construction concept based on the transformation of nature,which not in line with the requirements of people living in harmony with nature.In order to achieve sustainable urban development,we must follow the principle of ecological priority.Based on the above problems,our country proposes the construction of a sponge city.Sponge City takes rainwater control as the starting point.By combining various low-impact development facilities,it constructs urban sponges,enabling cities to cope with rainfall of different intensities,realize the storage,penetration,purification and reuse of storm water runoff,get rid of the dilemma of “every rain is raining,rain is over drought”.Obviously,the construction of sponge city has good economic,ecological and social benefits,and is of great significance for solving urban water shortage,alleviating flood control pressure,replenishing groundwater and improving urban ecological environment.Based on the above considerations,this paper summarizes the research background of sponge city's rainfall-flood resource utilization,and explains the significance of rainfall-flood resource utilization based on sponge city.By collecting relevant data on the spot and referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,it sorts out and summarizes the development process of rainfall-flood resource utilization research based on sponge city construction concept at home andabroad.The relevant theories and system construction technical measures for the construction of sponge city are explained.Taking the new urban area of the sponge city construction pilot area in Hebi City as the research background,the current situation of the new city and the demand for rainwater resources utilization are analyzed;Based on the construction of sponge city in Hebi City,the construction target and index system of sponge city in the study area were formulated,and the utilization potential and rational development and utilization of rainwater resources in the study area were studied.Finally,the measures and modes of rainwater resource utilization implemented in the new city area were carried out.Explored.
