Through the study of transfer theory and learning strategy, this dissertationenhances a further understanding of the current situation of higher vocationalmathematics learning and puts forward the corresponding learning strategy andtraining program accordingly by means of questionnaire.The questionnaire mainly relates to the five dimensions of the problem (1)The emotional factors in the process of learning mathematics (non intelligencefactors);(2)The impact on mathematics learning in terms of the students’ learninghabits;(3)The general command of knowledge structure of mathematics learning;(4)The analysis of the students’ emphasis on the mathematics thinking;(5) Thestudents’ mathematics application ability.In view of the questionnaire results, the author realized that the foundationof the students’ mathematics is not ideal, furthermore, the mindset which themajor course is prior to the basic course makes it easier for them to ignore thelearning of mathematics. As a result, they are unable to realize the value of learningmathematics and just get by it. In regard to the teaching management, the courseshaven’t been made corresponding adjustments for different majors. The time ofapplying some mathematical knowledge to the major courses is often ahead ofmathematics curriculum arrangement and can’t be well matched. Due to thismismatch, the stressed contents can’t be emphasized for some major courses. Theteachers being lack of corresponding basic major course qualification adopt thetraditional teaching pattern and fail to inspire their learning motivation.(arouse theirenthusiasm of learning)Based on such circumstance, further suggestions are put forward asfollowings:(1) Enhance the students’ learning interest through focusing on thepractical reason of their situation as well as paying attention to the effect of nonintelligence factors.(2) Foster students to develop good learning habits and boosttheir mathematical migration ability by giving them instruction.(3) keep an eye onthe foundation education, meanwhile instructing students to take great efforts on consolidating their structure of knowledge so as to lay a solid mathematicfoundation.(4) Improve the teacher’s teaching method as well as enhancingvocational students’ learning initiative to better meet the needs of major study.(5)Focus on the availability of the thinking method not only in students’ knowledgetransition but also surpass it.(6) It is vital to pay more attention to upgrade thehigher vocational students’ mathematical application ability so that lifemathematics and major mathematics are involved in mathematics classroom.Through this research, the author tries to analyze and understand whatcause the learning condition of students majoring in computer science, at the sametime, based on the research results the author also comes up with some suggestionsand offers some guidance on students’ learning strategy training.
