Comparison And Appraisal On The Species Diversity Of Microgastrinae In Forest Park Of Longjia Mount And Yuntai Mount In Guizhou

Longjia Mount National Forest Park located in Longli County,Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province;Yuntai Mount located in Shibing County, Qiandongnan Miao and DongAutonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. This thesis studied on thecomparison of species diversity of Microgastrinae (Hymenoptera,Braconidae) among4biotopes between Longjia Mount National ForestPark and Yuntai Mount. It revealed that the distribution of species ofMicrogastrinae and difference of diversity in different biotopes. Somenew records genus and species was added in Guizhou. The study resultsshowed as follows:1. Two Mounts were investigated in eaely summer and autumn, andthe investigation lasted about one week.2479specimens ofMicrogastrinae were totally collected in the two Mounts, which belong to14genera and about81species, including unidentified species. Amongthem,1genus first time record in China,24species first time record inGuizhou.1256specimens were collected from Longjia Mount, whichbelong11genera and about75species.1223specimens were collectedfrom Yuntai Mount, which belong11genera and about68species.2. In Longjia Mount, the Shannon Wiener diversity index is4.836, uniformity is0.665, dominance is0.084and richness is10.371. In YuntaiMount, the Shannon Wiener diversity index is3.170, uniformity is0.686,dominance is0.318and richness is9.425. The data shows that thediversity of Microgasterinae in Longjia Mount is higher than in YuntaiMount.3. In Longjia Mount, the richness index of Microgasterinae in fourdifferent habitats was grass area＞rice paddy＞dry land＞shrubs areafrom high to low in proper sequence. In Yuntai Mount, the richness indexof Microgasterinae in four different habitats was grass area＞rice paddy＞dry land＞shrubs area from high to low in proper sequence.4. In Longjia Mount, through analysis the date of the species ofMicrogaternae similarity level in the4biotopes, it is shown that the grassarea is moderately similarity level with the rice paddy. The dry land andthe shrubs area are dissimilar level with the grass area respectively. Theshrubs area is moderately dissimilar level with the dry land and dissimilarlevel with the rice paddy. The rice paddy is moderately dissimilar levelwith the dry land. It indirectly reflects that the biotopes are more complexin Longjia Mount.5. In Yuntai Mount, through analysis the date of the species ofMicrogaternae similarity level in the4biotopes, it is shown that the ricepaddy is moderate dissimilar level with the grass area, and dissimilarlevel with the dry land and the shrubs area respectively. The grass area is dissimilar level with the dry land and the shrubs area respectively. Thedry land is dissimilar level with the shrubs area.
