Study Of Requirement Governance For Software Project

This thesis deals with the definition and the type about the requirement and the managing the requirement about software from client. It is analyzed that the whole process about the requirement from client. The requirement from client has five stages; acquirement, analyzing, standardization, verifying and modification. On this thesis, the first, analyzing the problems of requirement, the second, using the mathematical model for solving the problem, and then decreasing the risk about all project.By the end, through the sample, the school management system, project team explained how to research the background of this project and how to get correct information from client, and decided using the Prototyping in order to acquire the ideas of client. After we discussed with the user, we got the exactly requirement from the client. And we could control the project and could avoid the modification of software from user's requirement which cannot be realized. Through this ways, we saved the time and the cost for project, and finished the project smoothly and on time.
