Research On Requirement Description And Quotation And Applications In Electrostatic Precipitator Industry

The individuation and diversification of customer's requirement have become more and more evident, which is a significant trend of the development of the globalization. How to get the product's requirement and implement rapid response to customer's requirement has become one of the key factors affecting the development of the enterprise. This paper focused on the research of requirement description and responding to quotation on the support of a practical project. The research of the mapping from customer's requirement to product configuration, the quotation based on feedback amendment, and the technique of rapid response to customer' requirement have been established. The proposed method has proved to be effective by applications in electrostatic precipitator (ESP) industry.The organization structure of full text is as follows:In the 1st chapter, a review and a summarize of CRM, product requirement analyzing and quotation are present. On this basis, the contents and significance of the dissertation is put forward.Chapter two has established a mapping from customer's requirement to product configuration based on QFD by criterion customer's requirement description and systematic analyzing of information of customer's requirement. This theory is applied in electrostatic precipitator (ESP) product.Chapter three has proposed a product quotation method based on instance's BOM by analyzing the current quotation method of ESP and product configuration.Chapter four has carried out research on the method of rapid response to customer's requirement and adopted XML to realize a contract censoring subsystem based on web.On the basis of the above analysis, Chapter five analyses main function and implement technique of the system and developed a system named rapid response to requirement for ESP. In the system implement of the practical project, the theory and method have been proved to be promising and effective.Chapter six summarized the content and the achievement of this paper, then pointed out the further research direction.
