As the inevitable result of software crisis with the development of software engineering, requirement engineering nowadays is playing a vital role of software quality assurance. Numerous researches have indicated that, requirements deficiencies are the prime source of product failures, and the ambiguous feature of natural language leads to the uncertainty of requirements outcome as well. Specially, the MIS which is widely used in corporate operation, management and decision activities has pretty complex business requirements and data of enterprises and those make the requirements are difficult to be caught, analyzed and realized with high quality. With the reference of theatrical research achievements in the field of requirement engineering, we focus on the exploring of requirements analysis model, which to reach the target of requirement analysis in software development life cycle. This model includes three tiers - quality assurance tier, process tier and method tier. In the quality assurance tier, the requirement measure index and method is built to support requirement analysis process. And structured work-requirement analysis matrix is set up in the process tier. In the method tier, user requirement is be described from four dimensions which include stakeholder, structure, work and measures. On user requirements modeling, by adopting WBS, Scenario, and four-dimension analysis model, it is feasible to break the business requirements into user requirements with merit, while the unified specification paradigm presents a complete specification for user requirements. Furthermore, with the aid of IPO, user requirements can directly correspond to system requirements, and followed by extended system requirements in detail. Also, the specification for system requirements has a standard specification paradigm.Meanwhile, taking the application of a MIS development process for example, one can have better understanding of this requirements analysis model.
