With the development of knowledge economics, the station of human capital has been heightened, and the employee have become the center of enterprises. The creation and the enthusiasm of employee affect the development of the enterprises' core competition force. Because of the quickening of working rhythm, the impetuosity of competitions, especially the complexity of human relationship, the psychology press of employee has become bigger and bigger. The managers should not only care about the enterprises' image and benefits, but also care the health of psychology of employee. The employee satisfaction investigation is just like the inspection, which can make the leader hear the thinking of employee. It's an effective method to inspect the achievement of enterprises' targets and find out employee' s demands, also can discover the problem in management in order to prevent the leaving of employee.The temperament is one of the characters of individuality psychology, it refers to the speed, stability, intensity in the process of psychology. The managers should hold the individuality characteristic accurately during process of selecting, training and using, the harmonization of employee relationship, the heightening of efficiency of production, the preventing of psychology illness, then can achieve the objects of management.It' s still a short time since the concept of knowledgable employee introduced into China. The research on it is still inadequate, but how to manage knowledgable employee and enhance their satisfaction is the key to keep the core employee and holding the dominance of competition. Considering the importance of ES in management and the particularity of knowledgable employee, the thesis adopts the research method of single case, send out the investigation questionnaire (including temperament questionnaire and employee satisfaction questionnaire )and then analyze the data with Spss 13.0, educe the relation between the employee temperament and employee satisfaction, which employee feel satisfying with the present job, environment and salary and how to improve the HR policy to adapt the different demand of employee with different temperament. Through the analysis, the enterprise can adjust its HR policy in order to enhance the employee satisfaction.
