In 2008,the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the international financial crisis has brought severe impact to the global economy, also raised a series of major issues to the world. In response to the crisis,every country has made new development strategy to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry. The pace of the international industry transfer has spedup a country even the transnational annexation and reorganization of enterprises has increased a lot. The operation and development of enterprises was facing many opportunities and challenges. With the development of Chinese market, the integration of resources of the high level of enterprises will restructure, centralized resources to form the advantage of scale has become a normal operation. Reform is the effective way to change the low level of enterprise restructuring production mode and improve competitiveness.Through the research of many domestic and foreign corporate restructuring, corporate restructuring process will involve employees in the work of one or a few aspects. And if the employees were affected in the work(whether good or bad), satisfaction fo their work will be affected too. As everyone knows, employees’ satisfaction will directly affect the efficiency of the employees, which will indirectly affect the efficiency of enterprises. We can see the employees do not understand the new organizational structure, the new management system and the new enterprise culture during the restructuring process, these will result in that the attributive sense of the employees is not strong, and the employees’ satisfaction is relatively low, the rate of the employees turnover continue rising, and then,affecting organizational performance, which will be a failure of the restructuring process in the integration of human resources. In successful enterprise restructuring plan, staff restructuring plan is scientific and detailed, on the basis of diligence corporate restructuring sufficient, visit the enterprise employees, understand employees’ understanding of corporate restructuring and the view of organization structure, planning ahead, only based on the strong understanding of the employees’ behavior, the company can retain good employees. Only the employees have higher job satisfaction, the reorganization of the enterprise can form a real operating system. Therefore, investigate the employees’ job satisfaction of reconstruction enterprise, and has timely evaluation, find the problem of reorganize the enterprise employee satisfaction, which will contribute to the reorganization of the enterprise pay more attentionto improve the employee satisfaction,organizational structure optimization, improve employee’s work behavior, and enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness.S company is a high-tech enterprise, and the brand has been founded 30 years.It is the earliest company to achieve the industrialization of new energy in China. In terms of industrial development and scientific research it has an important position in the field of chinese new energy. At present, the company has 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 1 joint venture company, the scale of production and operation was in the forefront of the industry.Nearly five years, China’s new energy industry has experienced relatively large domestic and foreign industrial policy adjustment, drastic changes in the industry environment,market competition is intense, the new energy enterprises closed down shut down the country staged. With the change of environment industry, industry reshuffle process is accelerated, S company’s industrial structure adjustment is imminent。In order to make enterprises quickly adapt to the industrial development recently, it makes full use of enterprise resources, introduce new capital, and restructuring the enterprise comprehensivly.The staff of S company loss is more serious now, especially in the background of the reorganization, the loss rate of the new staff is high, the loss rate of the front-line technical workers is rising year by year. The loss rate of core employee who has worked more than 5years reached the highest level in history.Based on the reference of domestic and foreign scholars research results and conclusions of the study, this thesis made research on employees’ satisfaction management status under the background of the S company’s reorganization, through learning and analysis the reorganization of enterprise, employees’ satisfaction and employees’ loyalty,performance, organizational justice relationship theory. Designing a questionaire of detailed investigation, through the investigation, interview and analysis of the present situation of employees’ satisfaction of S company, to find out the influence factors of employees’ satisfaction and the causes of low employees’ satisfaction. Combining the related theory and the present situation of S company, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve employee satisfaction.The passage has practical significance to manage the employees’ satisfaction of S company, also hope to provide ideas and methods for other enterprises which have similar questions.
