During management and production process, enterprises had to put the focus from the market to internal scientific management, strengthen the human resources strategy. So, employee satisfaction and employee execution are extremely important. In really management process, managers often ignore the relevance. Lead to management objectives is uncertainty. Based on literature review and analysis, building the conceptual model about the relevance between employee satisfaction and employee execution, measuring the model with the influencing factors, analyzing it with structural equation model, discussing the relevance between the employee satisfaction and employee execution with the example of Chilong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., confirming the relevance, and make the advices how to improve employee satisfaction and employee execution.The results show that: there is significant correlation between the employee satisfaction and employee execution; the influencing factors are significantly, in really management process, make the advices from the influencing factors. The most important is development goal is more exactly and range is wider.
