Compensation is the most important problem of human resource management, including labor force, enterprise, market, society and government etc. Each manager and worker pays much attention to such problem. Because of experience shortage in human resource management and little attention to it, the compensation problem of Shandong Wangchao Coal & Electricity Group Company is more and more obvious. Because the compensation system is not reasonable, it can not improve the enthusiasm of workers and many workers left their company, which will affect continually developing ability of the company. So, it will have great significance to Wangchao Coal & Electricity Group Company to analyze and work out a set of reasonable compensation system.This thesis, taking Wangchao Company as an example, thoroughly analyzes the compensation system of Wangchao Company by combining the theory of compensation. Firstly, on the foundation of relative theory of compensation, analyzes the main problems in compensation system of the Company, and then gives the necessity of redesigning. Secondly, it gives the main thought of redesigning, and makes the "accomplishment compensation administration" thought, on the basis of job analyzing, position assessment and trade compensation investigation, I proposes the new compensation system. The third, gives the suggestion on the connection of old and new system, briefly sum up the strengths of the new compensation system. At last, because it will come up some new questions by the company's growth, I give some further steps that it will do in the future.I do hope this thesis would give some useful advices on improving the compensation management level of Wangchao Coal & Electricity Group Company and the reform of compensation system in the whole industries.
