Compensation is the most important problem of human resourcemanagement,includingLaborforce, enterprise, mark et, society and government etc. each manager and worker pay much attention to such problem. In the past 100 years, the compensation management of western banks developed from hard system to soft system,which have great effect on stablizing core persons of the company.In the stateowned commercial bank of our country,because of experience shortage in human resource management and little attention to it,compensation problem is more and more obvious, especially in the branch of stateowned commercial banks. Because the compensation system is not reasonable , it can not improve the enthusiasm of workers and many workers left their bank,which will affect continually developing ability of the stateowned commercial banks.This paper, taking A branch of China Contruction Bank as an example,analyzes the compensation system of Abranch by combining the modern theory on compensation and motivation.First ,it briefly introduces the relevant theories on compensation and motivation .The second, itexplains the necessity of compensation redesigning of A branch by analyzing the current compensation system.The third,on the basis of job analysing, position assessment and trade compensation investigation,the writer proposes the new compensation system. The last, the writer analyze the relevant promblems of compensation management and propose the settlement.I hope this paper would give some useful advices on improving the compensation management level of A branch and the reform of compensation system in the branch of state-owned commercial banks. |
