ABSTRACT:It makes the competition in real estate field much more fiercely with the Jinan economy development and many large real estate enterprise swarming into Jinan. LY group will transform being a diversified business. Traditional compensation system of LY group does not adapt to the circumstance, and this decreases the effort of employee and brings many key staffs resign their jobs, which will effect competition and sustainable development ability of LY group。Under market economy terms, compensation system designing concerns enterprise performance level directly, so analyzing the reconstruction of compensation system with advanced management theory is of some practical importance。This paper, taking LY group as an example, analyzes the compensation system of LY group by combining the modern theory on compensation and motivation。First, in briefly introduces the domestic an foreign relevant theories of salary and incentive was put forward on the basis of compensation system and the basic principle of the design and the factors to be considered.Then existing problems were analyzed and pointed out that current compensation system from LY group is not perfect and not applicable,Then use the relevant human resources management theory as guidance for example, for its from LY group compensation system analysis,The paper aims to the diversification of trans-regional and cross-industry compensation system design Suggestions,Building contains basic wages, post salary, performance bonuses, various welfare project economy compensation,Targeted choose enterprise culture, core staff career planning and other non-economic compensation formed a complete system of compensation and the compensation system under the project identification process carried out a detailed analysis.Final paper from LY group of compensation system redesign and constructing the implementation after problems were discussed.Considered in the process of implementing possible problems and resistance, and puts forward the corresponding solutionsPaper compensation system from LY group for the design problem of system analysis, to solve the current enterprise present in most employees' is not high, the core staff may gradually erosion, enterprise's salary system problems such as senior unattractive has certain practical significance.
